Ten years after its institution at the Department of Legal Sciences (School of Law) of the University of Salerno, the Observatory on the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (www.slsg.unisa.it), in collaboration with the Class A Journal “Freedom, Security and Justice: European Legal Studies” www.fsjeurostudies.eu/ aims to promote a call for abstract with the invitation to submit proposals regarding the role of national and European Courts (the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Court of Human Rights) in the construction of an Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (AFSJ).
Those who are interested must submit the abstract by 1 December 2021.
